Vredeborch GMBH was founded after WWII in 1945 in Nordenham, Germany. They made a lot of boxes and simple camera's like this Felica. For other distributors camera's were made under different names. In 1970 the company stopped making camera's, in 1986 Vredeborch was declared bankrupt.

Not for sale!

I found a camera nearly identical to the Felica at a flea market in Hannover, Germany recently. It's called the Necka-Junior and appears to differ from the Felica in name and color, and in that it doesn't have a handle like the Felica. Otherwise it's identical in shape, size and features, right down to the built-in yellow cloud filter.

Hi, I just bought this camera from a German friend. I have a question, should I cover the back little window? I saw some posts saying should be covered to avoid leaking light into the film.
